**NO PETS ALLOWED (For Biosecurity)**

Biosecurity in Effect:

· We are a working dairy farm.  There will be no access to the barns outside of the scheduled dairy tours.

· Guests will be required to wear appropriate plastic booties (provided) and sanitize hands before entering our barns.

· The livestock in the barns may not be touched for biosecurity efforts to keep our herd safe from disease transmission.

· No pets will be permitted on the farm including the campground due to biosecurity.

Rates:

· Rates are $80.00 for the first night (includes 2 dairy tour passes) and $65.00 for each additional night.

· Rates for camping include 4 people.

· Extra children under 16 yrs old add $3.00 per night.

· For additional adults, add $5.00 per night.

· Dairy Tours are $12.00 for 16 years+, $10.00 for 16 years to 5 years, and $3.50 for 4 years under.

Minimum stay requirement to make a reservation is as follows:

· Two-night minimum stay.

· Long weekends or special events may have different minimum stays as per management discretion.

· Special events may require an event liability policy provided by the group.

Reservations and Cancellation Policy Information:

The following cancellation policy and rules are in place to ensure Foxtrot Dairy offers fair and equal opportunities to everyone who wishes to make a reservation and enjoy our farm.  Please be considerate and give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change your reservation.

Campsites

· A two-night stay per week will be charged to your credit card as a deposit at the time of making a reservation to guarantee your request.

· If you wish to cancel your reservation, a minimum of two weeks notice is required to receive a 50% refund on your deposit. Cancellations of one-night stays are nonrefundable.

· Reservations are non-transferable.

· Once you have arrived there is no refund on shorting your stay and drop off dates.

· When changing your reservation and dropping off days, cancellation fees will apply.  Refer to the above.

· Holiday weekends and special events that have a minimum stay may have special deposit and cancellation requirements.

· A request for a specific site for under 7 days will be noted but may not be guaranteed.

· In the event we are on evacuation order or there is a government ordered travel restriction into our area, we will meet you 1/2 way and refund you 1/2 of your deposit if not within the cancelations policy date.

There will NOT be refunds for the following conditions:

·       No shows, late arrivals, early departures, eviction, or inclement weather,

Checking IN and OUT:

· Check-in time is 1:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.

· If you wish to remain another day, please check at the farm store by 10:00 am, and we will make necessary arrangements subject to availability.

· To fulfill all our guest reservations, if you wish to extend your stay and do not check in at the farm store, we will automatically charge you for another day’s stay.

Dairy Tours:

· Dairy tours are available when scheduled by guests.  They will be done during the morning at 10AM.  Tours are 45 minutes long.

· No barn access outside of dairy tours due to biosecurity.

Each campsite will be given 2 dairy tour passes. Additional tours can be purchased at the farm store in advance.
